The Chicago Blackhawks are a first-class organization both on and off ice and that was on display when they welcomed a 12-year-old named Liam as one of their own.
Liam’s dream was to meet the Chicago players, including stars Patrick Kane and Jonathan Toews, and with the help of the Make-A-Wish foundation he travelled all the way from Las Vegas to watch the Blackhawks practise at United Center Tuesday. He also got to join the team on the ice following the morning skate.
