Toronto Raptors star DeMar DeRozan has been named Eastern Conference player of the week for the fourth time this season.
DeRozan led the Raptors to a 3-0 record from March 20-26, averaging a league-best 33.3 points per game including a pair of 40-point performances. Toronto’s final victory of the week, a 101-84 win over the Dallas Mavericks on Saturday, extended their winning streak to five and clinched a Raptors playoff berth for the fourth-straight season.
James Harden was named the Western Conference player of the week, averaging an NBA-high 13.3 assists per game to go along 33 points a contest and leading the Houston Rockets to a 3-0 record.
