Dharamsala: Australia captain Steve Smith won the toss and elected to bat against India in the decisive fourth cricket Test at HPCA stadium, here today.
India will miss skipper Virat Kohli, who has been ruled out due to a shoulder injury, and will be led by middle-order batsman Ajinkya Rahane.
Left-arm spinner Kuldeep Yadav will make his Test debut, taking place of regular captain Kohli while Bhuvneshwar Kumar has replaced paceman Ishant Sharma.
Australia have fielded an unchanged side. The series is locked 1-1.
