The Montreal Canadiens confirmed goaltender Carey Price will start on Thursday against the Carolina Hurricanes.

Price was questionable to play after head coach Claude Julien said on Wednesday that his goalie “was not at 100 per cent.”

In other lineup news for the Canadiens, defenceman Nathan Beaulieu and forwards Dwight King and Steve Ott will be healthy scratches. Forwards Michael McCarron and Andreas Martinsen, and defenceman Brandon Davidson will replace them in the lineup.
